Update on my Mom,
With doctors approval Mom is now off the Lipitor, yeah! Will soon also be off the Paxil and we are trying various alternative drugs, herbs, etc to build up her blood and immune system. She is in good spirits and we are hoping to see improvements soon.

Update on my Mom,
My Mom has been anemic for some time and they have been running tests to find out why. The last three weeks we have been seeing a blood specialist and a week ago he did a bone marrow biopsy because he thought that she had a kind of leukemia called Myleodysplaisa. Yesterday we went in for the results and her bone marrow is perfectly healthy! The blood specialist is stumped but at least she doesn't have a blood disease. Thank you lord. We are going to see her regular doctor next week and see if we can get her off of some of the medications she is on that I don't think she really needs and see if that helps. Also going to investigate alternative herbs and such that may build up the blood. The iron she is on is not doing that. Anyway, wanted to let you all know the good news.

Hello to all of my wonderful friends and relatives. My children are trying to teach me how to use all of this newfangled technology so now I am trying my hand at blogging. I intend to use this site to show off pictures of my grandchildren and post news of what is happening in my family.
